Lemon Icebox Pie

1 graham cracker crust

l/2 cup lemon juice

1 Tbsp grated lemon rind

15 oz can  Eagle (what else!) Brand Milk

2 egg yolks

 

Beat eggs yolks until very, very stiff.  In bowl combine juice, rind and slowly stir in Eagle (what else!) Brand then add to beaten yolks.

 

Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
