Frozen Fruit Salad

2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 Tablespoons chopped maraschino cherries
1 9 oz. can pineapple drained
1 brown flecked banana diced

Mix together the sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add, pecans, cherries, pineapple and banana. Pour in muffin papers placed in muffin tins and freeze.

Serves about 12
