(I have not tried this)

4 eggs
1 bar (4oz) sweet cooking chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar or Splenda
1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350.
Grease pie plate 9 or 10 inch
Beat all ingredients except nuts until smooth, 2 minutes in blender on high, stopping to stir or 2 minutes with hand mixer.
Pour into plate and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake until knife comes out clean 30 to 35 minutes,
Cool 5 minutes.


Easiest Coconut Pie, Impossible Buttermilk Pie and Impossible Brownie Pie are all basically the same. Just try and then adjust to your taste the next time. Something really quick to put in the oven. -MH
