Impossible Buttermilk Pie

1 1/2 cups sugar or Splenda
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
1 teaspoon vanilla (I like a little more)
3 eggs (might try the not real ones)
You can add lemon zest and lemon extract if you want to.

Heat oven to 350. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.

Bake until knife comes out clean about 25 to 35 minutes.


Easiest Coconut Pie, Impossible Buttermilk Pie and Impossible Brownie Pie are all basically the same. Just try and then adjust to your taste the next time. Something really quick to put in the oven. -MH
