Winston's Beef Stew

Brown 2 lbs of boneless beef stew meat and 1 large onion in large stew pot.
Add several cups of water after meat is browned.
Cook on medium high until meat is tender.

Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion salt, black pepper, sea salt.
Cook 1 hour, taste and add beef boullien cubes and more seasoning if necesary.

Add 1 lb. of baby carrots and 2 lbs. of potato chunks.
Cook until carrots and potatoes are tender.

If I was cooking for myself only I would also add 1 can of Ro-tel and 1 lb. of deer meat.
